| Community Homes Inc. announces a new bungalow cluster project in Moreno Valley.
|
| | The disabled need special accommodations. In conjunction with the California Housing Foundation we are building an innovative cluster of bungalow for adults that are able to live alone but also need occasional oversight. The Community Homes concepts is to develop a cluster of several units that will nestle into existing neighborhoods where a normalized lifestyle can exist. Check back for more details on this project.

We
are committed to building and refurbishing homes and communities
for deserving families who would not otherwise be able to
occupy or own a home. Community Homes, Inc, believes that
good homes, occupied by good people, create good
communities: communities where crime drops,
pride increases, lives improve, and further contributions
are made by the neighborhood.
We are committed to working with governments and community
organizations throughout the region to create affordable housing
through cost-effective acquisition of vacant property and
rehabilitation of existing housing stock. We work with social
service, public safety, public works, and recreational agencies
to increase pride in the community and promote stable neighborhoods.
Community Homes, Inc. is committed to the long-term involvement
and management of the communities and neighborhoods where
we are stakeholders. We are dedicated to providing quality
housing, while assisting with various needs of seniors, young
families, low income households, and the disadvantaged.
Our commitment is driven by our desire to serve God and
community by providing our talents, investment, financial
assistance, and counseling to existing and future residents. |
